This is really clever: The Sorted Books Project. Nina Katchadourian arranges book spines to create sequences that “examine that particular library’s focus, idiosyncrasies, and inconsistencies — a cross-section of that library’s holdings.”
Kind of like turning your bookshelf into a kind of bibliographic mix tape. Just what I need: another way to obsessively think about my book collection.
